Refund policy

Workshop registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest by the buyer. Returns of retail purchases are accepted within 14 days of delivery.  Refunds will only be processed if products arrive back to Muddy Paws Design Co. in new condition. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Please contact us if a return is necessary.

In the event that an item was damaged in shipping, please contact us at muddypawsdesignco@gmail.com with photos of the damage.  Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
